Rutt is seeking to hire a Customer Relations Manager who will manage our Dealer Services and Order Processing Departments, achieving the following responsibilities:
- Drive results and productivity of the customer experience through effective management and communication.
- Maintain a clear open line of communication to provide effective customer service by interacting with our dealers, sales representatives, and internal associates, regarding the timely workflow and deliveries of our job orders.
- Track job orders to ensure that the work on each job is progressing efficiently as possible on schedule, working closely with management to communicate vision and deliver stellar customer service results.
- Plan and manage the daily operations of associates to meet the needs of the customer while supporting department and company financial/operational goals and objectives.
- Gain knowledge of the front process of the order to the end process, communicating with department management to know where orders stand in all directions, reporting on any process gaps.
- Assess, implement, and monitor training needs of department associates to provide optimal performance.
Candidates must have proven management and customer service experience. Associate Degree in business and/or experience in the cabinet industry is also helpful.
